The space

The apartment is bright and airy, with good views. You can have a breakfast at the balcony with the morning sun.
- Located close to the city center. Walkable distance to many attractions: Sagrada Familia, Beach ( 20 min walk).
- Close to pedestrian zone (Superilla) and also Rambla del Poblenou, both areas with nice restaurants. We have an Italian restaurant (recommended) just downstairs.
- Metro station (Marina L1) at a 5 min walk. Only 3 stops away from Plaça Catalunya and Ramblas.
- Kitchen is well equipped with expresso coffee machine, kettler, dishwasher.
- Kids are also welcome: baby crib, high chair, toys.
- Relax in the chaise long sofa watching you favorite show. (Smart TV and internet)
- Business? We are at 22@ business district. Small office table, WIFI and a chair will help.

- Apartment is at the top floor of the 6 story building, all rooms have external light.
- 1 Double room + 1 Single room (small one, just the bed).
- Bright and large living room with chaise long sofa-bed.
- Large bathroom well equipped: hair-drier, shower gel, shampoo, etc.
- Air-conditioned (in the living-room) The apartment is well ventilated due to its position.
- Central heating works great in winter.

The apartment is all for you, no sharing facilities.

Additional notes

We have a cute vintage elevator. Please take care of it. Close both doors manually so it will keep running for the rest of the neighbors. Its quite small, please try not to overcharge it. A big baby trolley may not fit inside, a small one will.

Always available for any questions on the phone: Airbnb app, Whatsapp, iMessage, Telegram , SMS and voice phone. I’ll do my best to answer your questions and requests ASAP. If everything runs fine, I won't bother you in person, just online. I also have a job and family and I try to be present.

Neighborhood overview

Used to be an industrial neighborhood turning now into a fancy area for hi-tech companies, like internet and gaming. 1 block away, there is a only pedestrians area called SUPER ILLA. With playgrounds, restaurants and other activities that you may enjoy. Lots of artist and cool tech companies in the area. A music hall is also near by called Razmataz. You may see lots of people lining up for a concert. Don't worry, they won't disturb you, nobody compleined til now. Check our reviews.

Getting around

Metro stations Marina and Glories (L1) only 3 , 4 stops to Plaça Catalunya (down town)
